CM200 low-voltage connector and pin kit

A complete low-voltage mating connector kit for the Cascadia Motion CM200 inverter, including the integrated inverter in the iM-225DX-D. Current EV assembles this kit from genuine Molex parts to match the Cascadia G1-0035 contents.

Included in each kit

• 1 × Molex 64320-3311: 48-way connector housing
• 1 × Molex 64320-1301: Wire cap / strain relief
• 10 × Molex 64323-1319: 1.5 mm gold socket contact
• 50 × Molex 64322-1239: 0.635 mm gold socket contact
• 5 × Molex 64325-1023: 1.5 mm cavity plug
• 30 × Molex 64325-1010: 0.635 mm cavity plug

The kit includes spare terminals and plugs. Parts are supplied loose for crimping. Wire and crimp tools are not included.

Compatibility

Fits CM200 and CM350 low-voltage inverter connections, including the CM200DX integrated in the iM-225DX-D motor and inverter. This kit does not include high-voltage connectors, battery cables, motor resolver connectors, or pump connectors.
