This is the liquid cooling plate we use in our own conversions at Current. We designed it in house for VDA-size battery modules (355 × 151 mm footprint), including the KORE Power 2P6S modules we sell.
The Single is the base plate of the family. Modules mount to both faces, one per side, so one plate cools two modules. With KORE 2P6S modules, that's a complete 12S, 48 V-class string (4.7 kWh) on one plate, and it's the plate to use for filling in the odd spaces around the bigger plates.
The plates are the pack structure
The edges are drilled for M8 mounting and 1/4" dowel pins. Stand several plates side by side, pin them together, and they become the structure of the pack. The Single, Double Long and Double Square plates share the same edge pattern, so you can mix them to fit your space.

Notes from the Current EV team
We like these because you can mix and match them and they double as the pack structure: fill the box with the right mix, pin the plates together, and the cooling system is the pack frame. They're in our 1967 Alfa Romeo Spider Duetto, 1978 Porsche 911 Targa SC and 1960 Porsche 356B builds.
