VDA Battery Module Cooling Plate - Double Square

This is the coolant plate we use in our own conversions at Current. We designed it in house for VDA format battery modules.

Machined aluminum, friction stir welded. Two -6AN ports on the top edge for coolant in and out.

This is the wide version of our single plate: same length, twice the width, so it comes out close to square. Modules mount to both faces, two per side next to each other, so one plate cools four modules. The edges are drilled for M8 mounting and 1/4" dowel pins. Stand a few plates side by side, pin them together with dowels, and the plates stiffen up the whole pack. The Single, Double Long and Double Square plates all use the same edge pattern, so you can mix them to fit the box you're working with.

Put a thermal pad between each module and the plate. One pad per module, sold separately.
