Purpose-built aluminum liquid cooling plate designed for direct thermal management of LG E78 2P12S battery modules. Manufactured with friction stir welded (FSW) internal channels for reliable, leak-free coolant flow and efficient heat transfer under high-rate charging and sustained discharge.
Tested at 38°C (100°F) ambient with a 400W continuous heat load per module (174A max charge rate), the plate keeps single-module temperatures well under 45°C across a wide flow range. Supports 1- or 2-module configurations per plate.

- ~30 kPa pressure drop at 100 L/hr, ~49 kPa at 150 L/hr
- Single module steady-state temp: ~43-44°C at 38°C ambient
